Second-Stage Starter Elimination

Basically what this is, is the same as starter elimination, but with middle evolutions instead of first stages.

Also, instead of doing +1, -1, you do +2,-2, and we start each round at 20.

Here's an example:

RULES
1. All SPPF rules apply.
2. Once a Pokemon reaches zero, it's out, once all but one pokemon are out, begin a new round, and PM me who won so I can add them to the winners list
3. You have to post the full list, not just who you're adding and who you're subtracting.
4. You have to add and subtract, you can't just add or just subtract.
5. If you're ninja'd, please edit your corrections.
6. Have fun, YOU HAVE TO HAVE FUN!!!!!!
