Default Beginner's Uber Rain Team [BW2 Ubers Rain]

Into the Ubers tier, the tier when 130 attack is considered 'average', and any lower is not viable. Where all defensive titans lie and laugh as lower tier Pokemon attempt to break their great wall, only for big bosses with great offensive capabilities to bust out the big gun.

Hi everyone. This is my first Ubers Team, and as a amateur, I chose Rain as a weather. It's my first Ubers team, so please bear with me.

    Arceus-Ice @ Icicle Plate
    Trait: Multitype
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 HP / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Substitute
    - Judgment
    - Thunder
    - Calm Mind

I chose Arceus-Ice as main Pokemon and started building on it. I thought about Arceus-Ice and its BoltBeam coverage, then ended up making a better BoltBeam user than normal BoltBeam-ers. Anyways, Arceus-Ice works as a good lead against opposing Kyogre, and outspeeds non-scarf variants. BoltBeam is for coverage, with 100% Thunder + 100 B.P Judgement. SubCM is for set up, and prevents walls from toxic-ing me.

    Kyogre @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Drizzle
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    - Water Spout
    - Thunder
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf

A rain team can not be complete without Kyogre in Ubers. Kyogre is my rain-setter, in case I'm not fighting a rain team. Specs Water Spout in Rain hits so hard that it's not funny. After switch-ins, Surf becomes more viable in the case of Surf. Thunder also hits Skarmory because they can setup. A paralysis chance is also nice. Ice Beam beats incoming Shaymin-S.

    Kabutops @ Life Orb
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
    Adamant Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Waterfall
    - Stone Edge
    - Low Kick

Although Kabutops' real home is in RU, it is still no slouch in Ubers, thanks to Swift Swim and Rapid Spin, Kabutops becomes one of the fastest spinner in rain. Waterfall & Stone Edge are Kabutops' STABs of choice, while Low Kick obliterates heavy-weight champions. Thanks to this tier being ubers, Kabutops' Low Kick can often hit pretty hard, because everyone's a heavyweight champion.

    Shaymin-Sky @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    - Seed Flare
    - Air Slash
    - Earth Power
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

HaxShayminSky, nuff said. With Serene Grace and Air Slash combined together, a Scarfed Shaymin flinches the foe at a 60% chance. With blazing 127 speed, slapped with a scarf, becomes one of the fastest Pokemon in the tier. Shaymin beats Gastrodon, who might be a bother to Kyogre, while Earht Power and HP Ice beats steels and dragons respectively.

    Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
    Trait: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Atk
    Relaxed Nature
    IVs: 0 Spd
    - Spikes
    - Stealth Rock
    - Leech Seed
    - Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn is one of the defensive titans introduced in Gen 5. With blazing defense, Ferrothorn becomes the perfect check to Zekrom, who bothers Kyogre. Spikes and Stealth Rock comes together in the perfect combo, disrupting stall teams. Leech Seed saps HP and force switches. Gyro Ball is the final slot, and thanks to Uber's blazing speed, hits the entire tier for a lot of damage.

    Mewtwo @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 204 HP / 52 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Aura Sphere
    - Psystrike
    - Ice Beam
    - Recover

Bulky Variant version of Mewtwo, in a long run, beats other variants of Mewtwo. Thanks to a Psystrike, Mewtwo can hit Blissey harder than before. Aura Sphere hits Dialga for SE Damage, while Ice Beam KOs Rayquaza. Recover lengthens longivity. The reason why I did not choose a SubCM Set, because there is already a SubCMer, in Arceus-Ice.

I'm moving the Threat List & Replays section down (and bump the RMT while I'm at it xD)

Replays: - Foe forfeited. This really shows how good Arceus Ice can be when it grabs a boost or two. - I beat him 4-0. It allowed me to learn that Tyranitar carries Fire Blast ._. And that guy *****ed that he lost lol. - A dirty 5-0 sweep. I feel so bad about using Shaymin lol. - Battled the same guy and he ragequitted this time. - My first clean sweep. Though Blaziken was a bit of a hax, I must admit. Arceus-Ice rules! - I lost 3-0. It was IMO a very good battle. - Also a 3-0 Loss. I learnt that Deoxys-S can be really, really annoying, as well as Latias... - Another clean sweep. I got really lucky with Darkrai's Dark Void missing twice though...

    Threat List:
Extremespeed +2 Arceus: If Ferrothorn is down, Arceus can **** this team, However, Kabutops can revenge kill it in rain, while Ferrothorn can cripple it with Leech Seed. I still have problem with it though.

Darkrai: Though Shaymin-S can beat it with its combination of Air Slash + Serene Grace, On the other 40% chance when it does not flinch, I've got one Shaymin down already. However, after one falls asleep, almost my entire team can counter it. Not a HUGE threat, but one to look out for.

Latias: This is one of the bigger threats I'm facing right now. Apparently, Mewtwo's Ice Beam only 3HKO Latias at best. I have no safe counter if Shaymin is down. Sadface.

Deoxys-S: The pesky little punk can T-wave my lead, which is usually Arceus-Ice, ruining its usability... Though not that big of a deal, it's still annoying.
