You should take advantage of the Calm Mind boost and give Gardevoir Ice Beam or Hidden Power or even Shadow Ball.

    Milotic
    -Ice Beam
    -Mirror Coat
    -Surf
    -Hypnosis

    Crobat
    -Hypnosis
    -U-Turn
    -Taunt
    -Aerial Ace

    Aggron@Choice Band
    -Earthquake
    -Focus Punch
    -Hidden Powe
    -Rock Slide

    ^Choice band setup

    Metagross
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
    -Zen Headbutt
    -Iron Defense

    Gardevoir
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic
    -Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
    -Shadow Ball/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam

Also moved my movesets to this thread just in case you need a base

Not to nitpick but Gardevoir can't learn Ice Beam. It can, however, learn Ice Punch via a tutor in Emerald, which is still special in Gen 3.

    Likewise, U-Turn is a Gen 4 move.

As for the team itself, changes in bold.

    Meh, seems fine.

    Level 87 Crobat
    Ability: Inner Focus
    Item: None currently
    Moveset:
    Air Cutter
    Poison Fang
    Return
    Steel Wing

No need for Mean Look as the the AI almost never switches. Sludge Bomb and Shadow Ball would normally replace Poison Fang and Steel Wing, respectively, but this is assuming you only have one of each TM, and both of the moves mentioned are used on other Pokemon later on.

    Level 86 Aggron
    Ability: Rock Head
    Item: None
    Moveset:
    Rock Slide
    Ice Punch
    Iron Tail
    Double Edge

No need to have two normal type moves, since their coverage is non-existent. Thunder is also terrible on Aggron since its special attack is absolutely pitiful

    Level 86 Metagross
    Ability: Clear Body
    Item: None
    Moveset:
    Sludge Bomb
    Earthquake
    Meteor Mash
    Ice Punch

While Metagross does get STAB on Psychic, its special attack isn't all that great, so I dropped it.

    Level 86 Gardevoir
    Ability: Trace
    Item: None
    Moveset:
    Psychic
    Calm Mind
    Shadow Ball
    Thunderbolt

Calm Mind gives you the power, so you might as well have coverage to match it.

    Level 85 Altaria
    Ability: Natural Cure
    Item: None
    Moveset:
    Fire Blast
    Dragon Claw
    Dragon Dance
    Fly

Though it doesn't get boosted by Dragon Dance, it will roast any steel types that get in your way, and prior to a boost, Altaria's attacking stats are actually equal anyway.

    Any advice would help!

I make no claim of being perfect or always right. Take everything I say with a grain of salt.

    Go with KillerDraco's suggestions, but:

EQ over Ice Punch on Aggron, or just do Substitute and Focus Punch over Iron Tail and Ice Punch. Iron Tail is meh coverage, and Ice Punch is special

Explosion over Ice Punch on Metagross.

Ice Punch over Shadow Ball on Gardevoir.

Some sort of Physical move over Dragon Claw on Altaria, and Aerial Ace over Fly. If you have access to XD then give it a support set utilizing Heal Bell. Altaria attacking stats are meh.

    Replace Gardevoir with Alakazam.

Earthquake over Dragon Claw on Altaria, though I'd drop it for Mence

Any move > Recover on Milo. Healing items exist for a reason...

Don't use Ice Punch on Aggron. He has low Special Attack.

    The rest is fine, though.

maybe drop metgross cause you already have aggron and gardevoir for maybe a shiftry so you have a grass/ dark type with decent speed
and maybe drop altaria for a flygon or salamence ps you can teach salamence hydropump via eggmoves though im guessing most people knew that
