I am currently trying to beat Claire in Blackthorn.

Is there anyone who has an extra Ice Beam , Rest, Flame Thrower and/or , Thunderbolt that he/she would like to trade me ? I would really appreciate it since it is extremely hard and frustrating to win some coins and for all of them i would need 36000, which would take forever.

You'll struggle with Claire's Kingdra if you haven't been already. Steelix can tank most of Claire's attacks from her Dragonairs, and then Lanturn can take on Gyarados easily if you get it an electric attack (4x weakness + STAB). As for Kingdra, Lanturn is again probably your best bet or Feraligatr using Ice Fang.

For your pokes:
Feraligatr likes physical moves. Give it moves like Waterfall, Ice Fang, Crunch, and good coverage in general.
Flareon also likes physical moves. It's movepool is shallow, but use the pokedex on serebii to give it a good moveset. Fire Fang, Iron Tail, Dig, and Return/Bite is usually the best you can do.
Pidgeot can use either physical or special moves decently well.
Victreebel can go either physical or special
Steelix has horrendous special attack, so keep physical moves on it.
Lanturn has a great type combo with one of two great abilities giving it an immunity. It likes special attacks. Surf, Thunderbolt/Discharge, Ice Beam, and then Confuse Ray is good. Discharge plus Confuse Ray gives high chance for Para-Fusion, giving your opponent two 50% chances to not attack, making it a 1 in 4 chance to attack.
