I just watched the first episode. Beautifully tragic.
Why didn't they just build spikes on the city walls?
I liked in the newest episode how it just appeared out of no where >..< was not expecting that
cant wait the real action starts next

Potato Girl was definitely cute in this episode.
And finally. Levi/Revi/Rivallie
Erwin, y u no speak?
**** gonna go down next week, **** that'll have people be all like "Did that really just happen?"
It's gonna be great.
I feel like every time Sasha gets a scene I'm going to have to mention how she's the best character. So great.
The fourth episode was kind of average throughout, until those last two minutes. Gave me chills, I'm expecting a grand fight next week.
I read somewhere that the full version of the OP will be very long. (My guess is between 8-9 minutes)
I just hope that long wait for that full version will be worth it
Woohoo! Mikasa's past is next
I am so ready on how they will adapt this one
So this was a pretty informative episode. We learned a good deal of the Giants (keep forgetting what they're called). At least they aren't completely shrouded in mystery anymore. But Muscle Man is even more mysterious than before.
And Eren FREAKING LOST AN ARM AND A LEG! My mouth was just hanging open during that entire last few minutes. The whole time I saw him lose those I thought "Did that really just happen?"
Eren -> Sayaka, because he had a mental break down like her and is now all aggressive towards Titans.
Misaka -> Homura, she's all quite and badass and ****.
Armin -> Madoka, think's he is useles, when he actually offers quite a bit, just like Madoka.
Sasha -> Kyouko, eats a lot.
Eren's Mum -> Mami.... For reasons that would spoil Madoka for those who haven't seen it.
When comparing the two so far I'd actually say the anime is better. They did the smart thing and had the training thing within chronological order. It really helped people get to know the characters before the big fight started. In the manga is just jumps ahead to when they've graduated and then shows the training after the long battle. My guess is that going straight to the fight was to ensure keep interest and the manga sales up.
One thing I have to say is that I adore the art-style because it reminds me of so many others (Big Windup!, Bleach, Kaiji, and Tiger and Bunny in particular).
Also, Funimation got their hands on it. Do you think the dub will go well?

If you like Funimation's dubs you'll probably like it. Given all the attention the series has been getting I'd think they'd put a little extra effort into this dub. Also, Funimation got their hands on it. Do you think the dub will go well?
Personally, I've seen clips of a bunch of "new" or I guess more recent series like Steins;Gate or Railgun get the dub treatment. After seeing the original... the voices aren't as good. That's usually the case when I hear the japanese track first, it ends up being my preference.
