I'd like to renominate my Breloom set, all my points still stand and stuff.

    Breloom @ Leftovers
    Adamant Nature
    Technician

    ~ Spore
~ Bulk Up / Swords Dance
    ~ Mach Punch
    ~ Bullet Seed

As someone mentioned above, Rain Teams generally have a hard time dealing with Steel Types. Breloom can come in and set up rather easily on most Steels than proceed to destroy everything in it's path. Boosting move of choice is up for debate, though. Breloom also comes with two other major draws, a Grass Typing and Spore. I'd assume that Rain Teams also have troubles dealing with other Water Types giving Breloom another edge over it's competitiors. Spore can be used to either let Breloom itself setup or as Team Support. Kingdra could use the Sleep turn to set up a sub, for example. Plus its a mushroom and there are always mushrooms in the rain.

    Voting for CM Raikou.

    And I nominate Jirachi:

    Jirachi@Leftovers
    Calm
    Serene Grace
    252 HP / 252 Spdef / 4 Atk
    -Iron Head
    -Body Slam / Thunder Wave
    -Protect
    -Wish

It's about time we got a wall/tank of some description in here. I love Wishpassing, especially in a competitive environment as pokemon like Life Orb Raikou would otherwise be on a time (turn?) limit since they have no recovery of their own. In fact, putting Wish on one pokemon feels like putting a (nerfed) Recover as the secret-ultimate-forbidden-fifth slot on everyone else for that reason.

Anyway, Iron Head and Body Slam for paraflinch. Without offensive investment whatsoever I feel this the most reliable way for Jirachi to cause damage. Right now I'm leaning towards Body Slam > T-Wave because in the Rain Jirachi's only weakness is ground. Hence ground types will be drawn to it like a sandy moth to a metallic, clairvoyant flame.

I'm actually going to vote for Tsumiki's Breloom. Partly because bribery I think it's a good set, but also because Breloom and my Jirachi play completely different roles. Jirachi will still be perfectly viable for the remaining rounds even it loses this one.

Whoa. We're alreary voting even for the 4th before we decide the moveset for the 3rd. Don't we at least have to have 3 candidates?

Also, though irrelevent, that little bribery joke made me laugh. Good one Aurath.

Thanks. The 3rd member is set in stone though, and thanks to my vote I think its moveset is too. I don't see why we can't move on.

Speaking of movesets, do you think this could also be a viable alternative Jirachi set?

    Jirachi@Leftovers
    Bold
    Serene Grace
    252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spatk
    -Flash Cannon
    -Water Pulse
    -Calm Mind
    -Wish

I'm not sure if I can make two separate nominations, or if this even counts separately for now. I was hesitant to post this first time round since we already have one Calm Minder in Raikou, but I thought Wynaut. This is incredibly annoying in Rain since the Ground types that would damage this thing can be hit with a Rain-boosted SE Water Pulse. If it doesn't kill them, a 40% chance of Confusion just might. Great physical bulk, a billion resistances, Calm Mind and Wish make this nigh invincible and the only things that could power through are is vulnerable to most of the other team members.

I do feel that I should add a few speed EVs, but I cba working out what to outspeed and how to outspeed it. Same with the first set I posted.

I do prefer the first Jirachi set. Setting up Calm Mind seems kind ofnproductive when you'll also be WishPassing. It's bot like this team has any problems with Ground types in the first place.

Throwing a vote for Jirachi, the first set ofc

    Here 's a suggestion:

    Starmie@Life Orb
    Modest/Timid
    Natural Cure
    Moves;
    ·Scald/Hydro Pump
    ·Thunderbolt/Psychic
    ·Rapid Spin
    ·Ice Beam

Y'all can figure out the EV's. Wynaut a Spinner? It could be HAZARDous without one.
Scald for Burn or Hydro Pump for power. Thunderbolt to help out Raikou wuth those other Water types or Psychic for STAB and extra coverage. Ice Beam for Dragons.

I don't think it would be smart to add yet another water type to the team. If you want a spinner, why not use a Forretress? Its only weakness gets nerfed a little by rain, it can't be OHKOed, and it can also run all other entry hazards. I have no set for it, though.

Yea, we already have two Water Types. Also, I'll throw in Psyshock > Rapid Spin.

    Tsumiki's Breloom [1] [Aura Sensei]
    Aurath8's Jirachi [0]
    Macroboom's Starmie [0]

    Going with Breloom. Vote away.

Alright, I'll go ahead and throw in my vote for Breloom to make it 4 and put him on the team. Spore is ALWAYS useful, and with Technician Mach Punch, Breloom can also act as a revenge killer against certain threats. It seems to bring what this team needs.

How about a spinning Donphan? Of course, this is only if it is a semi competitive team.

    Donphan @ Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Shard

Standard Donphan. SR is SR. Rapid Spin is also self explanatory. Earthquake is STAB, just incase it needs to attack. Ice Shard is used to pick off weaker threats. Keep in mind this is only if this team is semi competitive.

Re-nominating my Jirachi set. As I mentioned before, this team needs a nice bulky pokemon, and Wishpassing is awesome.

    Jirachi@Leftovers
    Calm
    Serene Grace
    252 HP / 252 Spdef / 4 Atk
    -Iron Head
    -Body Slam / Thunder Wave
    -Protect
    -Wish

It's about time we got a wall/tank of some description in here. I love Wishpassing, especially in a competitive environment as pokemon like Life Orb Raikou would otherwise be on a time (turn?) limit since they have no recovery of their own. Spinners are acceptable I guess, although they are't really needed, since we don;t have any SR weak Pokemon, and trust me, from my Competitive experience, Stealth Rock is the main hazard. Anyways, I'm going to nominate Blissey wynaut.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 Hp / 252 Def / 4 SpD
    - Wish
    - Aromatherapy
    - Stealth Rock / Thunder Wave
    - Seismic Toss / Thunderbolt

People may say, 'why not just use Chansey, she is bulkier', but Chansey dosen't have Leftovers since it's forced to run Eviolite, meaning it relies on Wish or Softboiled to heal. Blissey also has a somewhat usable 75 Base SpA, should it need to KO something. Anyways, onto the moveset. This is a pretty standard cleric Blissey, to provide support by passing huge Wishes (bigger than Chansey's). It gets rid of status on the Team by using Aromatherapy, and can set up Stealth Rock or spread paralysis. The last slot is preference imo, as Thunderbolt can be used for any Water Types or Flying Types, whilst Seismic Toss is more consistent.

    Kansas Rocks!' Donphan [0]
    Aurath8's Jirachi [0]
Aura Sensei's Blissey [1] [Aura Sensei]

    Voting for Blissey.

    Anyways, let's get voting guys.

I'm going to vote Jirachi. Since this is fundamentally still an ingame team, I'd think Blissey's lack of offensive presence would hinder team fluidity. Sure, super sized Wish is nice to have, but again, not being able to hit anything very hard hurts this thing in ingame where getting kills asap is the most important thing. I'm assuming this is an ingame team, so derp if this turns out to be competitive x)
