Sea Of Trolls was an interesting series. It did get me hooked on fantasy, so I'll give it that.

My current read and my favorite is A Song of Ice and Fire. I'm currently on A Dance With Dragons and I can't put the book down dfgdrgdhfg.

How far are you into A Dance with Dragons? It was taking me a long time to read but once I reached the 2/3rds point, I couldn't stop reading.

Harry Potter of course. I loved the books as a child and grew up reading them multiple times. When I was in middle school I started to read the Teen Wizard series. I think that's what it's called. The first book was So You Want to Be a Wizard. It was a good read and I'm still trying to finish the series. Recently I got into the Lorien Legacy series. The movie I Am Number Four really grabbed me and when I heard about the book I had to pick it up.

I dont really read series, but Ive read a few. I usually get bored of the first few books unfortunately.

My favourite has been the Hunger Games triology. Got through all the books easily.

Harry Potter became bland halfway through the 4th book, but I watched all the movies.

Im on book 2 of the John Stephens books (the Fire Chronicle). Im finding it a little hard to get into.

Im about to start on the Little Women series. Looks interesting enough.

I can't find my toothbrush, and it's REALLY STRESSIN' ME OUT!

    - The Dark Tower series by Stephen King
    - The Mortal Instruments
    - Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Even though it was below my reading level, it was great!
    - MAR, it is a Manga, but it got me into the world of Anime

I tried the Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and Twilight, but it did not work for me. :/

    In no particular order:

Guardians of Ga'Hoole series (the movie is awesome, but the books are just amazing!)

Warriors (Another awesome series that I love... come on, who doesn't love CATS THAT ARE WARRIORS?! XD)

Diamond and Pearl Adventure (I love this manga. No seriously, it is amazing. I love it even more than Pokémon Adventures (and I love that one a lot as well!) XD

Pokémon Adventures (Love this series as well as I mentioned above, lol!) XD

And there are a million other book series I could mention, but these are just a few lol (I hope mangas count in this thread, lol!) XD

Harry Potter and the Inheritance cycle (I'm well aware the latter is a plagiarized piece of trash, I don't know why I like it so much). Oh, and both of Rick Riordan's Greek mythology series.

I love the His Dark Materials trilogy. Couldn't bare to watch the movie based on the first book though. Major let down. I also like the Mortal Engines Quartet and was an avid fan of Goosebumps. Just purchased the ebooks actually. Gonna re live my childhood.

I haven't read too many series to be honest. I've read Harry Potter, The Famous Five, The Lord of the Rings, CHERUB, Tomorrow When the War Began, and some others that I can't remember. Out of these, Harry Potter would have to take my pick, followed by CHERUB and then LoTR. TWtWB started off great but as the series went on I sort of lost interest and didn't enjoy the last few books as much as I liked the first few.

I've been trying to get into reading the Discworld series...they mix a lot of humor and references in the books. And Terry Pratchett is smart enough to make his humor engaging for young and old alike. Although a lot of the jokes will definitely make sense if your older. Also I like the two Jurassic Park novels by Michael Crichton, as I think they are legendary.

In general I don't read often nor do I usually check out the latest book series craze, but the Harry Potter book series is one of the few that I like and still read; I was actually reading the second book this morning lol. I also kind of like the Twilight series; I think the books have tons of flaws, but they're still enjoyable imo. It's like a car wreck; you just can't look away.

Gotta go with Star Wars: New Jedi Order. The whole series seemed fresh and the two novels in the middle of it Traitor and Star By Star are by far my favorite books of all time.

My favorite is the Drizzt Do'Urden Series by RA Salvatore ( although I love all his work) but I do love Tolkien as well, but I would also highly recommend the Emperor Series by Conn Iggulden (Semi fiction about Julius Caesar)
