I built a 'crap' team and I'm wondering what I should use for their movesets.

Fearow Keen Eye max EV atk/speed
    Adamant/+speed X/31/31/X/X/31/31

Tangrowth Leaf Guard max EV sp.atk/sp.def
    Calm/+sp.def 31/x/x/31/31/31

    Ninetails Drought max EV sp.atk/speed
    Modest/+speed 31/x/31/31/x/31

Dewgong Thick Fat max EV sp.atk/speed
    Modest/+sp.atk 31/x/31/31/31/31

Marowak Rock Head max EV atk/sp.def
    Adamant/+sp.def 31/31/31/x/31/x

Clefable Unaware max EV sp.atk split EV def(favored)/sp.def
Modest/+sp.atk 31/x/x/31/x/x Sucky IVs suck, but breeding them is annoying to say the least. Baby forms ftl.
Not 100% sure what all their move pools can do but each is on the team because I like em, and thats good enough for me.

e: have a Clefable for #6, going for a def build on it

Mainly on from 12a EST to 6a EST. Please don't VM me, I rarely check them.

At 85/100 friends, so I'm being a little more selective of the safaris I add. Usually this amounts to me asking what your 3DS ID name is.
I have access to all starters from all generations, HA for only gen 1 and 6. Send a PM if there's one you want.

    My 3DS ID is 1306-6462-3876
    In game name X-Jacob Y-Sam
Safari: Growlithe - Charmelion - Braixen

well to tell you the truth your team is not bad, it will depend on the attacks
since you have calm you might want to increase their sp def, then you have adamant, i prefer you go for high attacks, and then modest you might want to build up your sp atk

I know the basics of breeding and stat values, what I'm wondering is if I should stick to +stab attacks on each or branch out. Clefable has her move set mostly, Minimize, Cosmic Power, Moonlight, Moonblast; more of a def build.

Tangrowth has Wring Out, Giga Drain, Ancient Power, and Energy Ball
Dewgong has Ice Beam, Surf, Brine, 4th slot is open for w/e.
Ninetails has Dark Pulse, Extrasensory, Flamethrower, and Fire Blast.
Marowak has Double-Edge, Bonemarang, Earthquake, and Stone Edge.
Fearow has Drill Peck, Drill Run, Fly, and Roost.

All not very creative movesets, but they have great type coverage over the team.

for your team, i think you should go for high atk and sp atk, that's all i can conclude

I've started my play through Y at last, using X to breed my team to my liking. I'm currently sitting on Route 1, having Super Trained everything and now maxing out Pokémon-Amie on everything. The team as it exists at this very moment…

    —————

    Aerodactyl ♂ (Rio Grande)
    Lv. 1/Adamant/Rock Head
    Wing Attack/Ice Fang/Iron Head/Rock Slide

I needed a physical Flying-type to have Fly, and I couldn't really find anything else that I felt fit in. I plan on making use of its Mega Evolution, at least. The nickname is a reference to the Rio Grande, from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine; I picked up the habit of nicknaming my Fly-users after the runabouts a while back because it felt fitting and amused me.

    Carracosta ♂ (Ghido)
    Lv. 1/Adamant/Solid Rock
    Water Gun/Aqua Jet/Crunch/Rock Slide

I needed a physical Water-type that could learn Waterfall that was neither Gyarados nor Crawdaunt. I'd have given Barbaracle a chance, but for reasons beyond my fathoming, it can't learn Waterfall. Ghido was a turtle character from Final Fantasy V (even though I never played it).

    Goomy ♂ (Puff)
    Lv. 1/Modest/Gooey
    Absorb/Dragon Breath/Dragon Pulse/Muddy Water

This was the final Pokémon that I decided upon, chosen for a relative lack of weaknesses and eventual varied type coverage in its movepool. I'm looking forward to seeing how Goodra fairs later. Plus, I couldn't resist the nickname, an obvious reference to “Puff, the Magic Dragon.”

    Helioptile ♂ (Daybreak)
    Lv. 1/Modest/Dry Skin
    Pound/Tail Whip/Parabolic Charge/Thunderbolt

A non-Water-type with decent Special Attack and access to Surf, freeing up a space on my true Water-type? This thing is my Gen VI best friend. :P (This is the only Pokémon on my team that lucked into being born with six 31 IV's.)

    Fennekin ♂ (Rokkenjima)
    Lv. 1/Timid/Magician
    Scratch/Tail Whip/Flamethrower/Psychic

I actually started with Chespin because I used Fennekin in X and my roommate chose Froakie, thereby opening the third Kanto Legendary Bird all under one roof. I'm rather fond of Delphox despite a couple glaring inadequacies. Rokkenjima is the island where Umineko no Naku Koro ni takes place, a reference chosen because Delphox looks like a witch and has Magician… Long story, I guess…

    Scraggy ♂ (Yuudai)
    Lv. 1/Jolly/Moxie
    Low Kick/Ice Punch/Zen Headbutt/Drain Punch

My personal favorite and best friend, born and tirelessly bred for a good time — after being forced to exclude Scrafty from my X, I am EAGER to rip into the game with my old pal. The name is… personal.

    —————

Yeah, I am rather aware of the glaring type flaw(s) here, but it should be enough to get me where I need to go without much trouble.

I'm currently trying to think of a sixth pokemon for my all Kalos team (chesnaught, frogadier, aegislash, heliolisk, goodra/tyrantrum. Basically, I want a pokemon that'll balance out my team in both type & stats, & these are the pokemon I was considering:
    • Vivillon
    • Rash
      1. Bug buzz
      2. Draining Kiss
      3. Hurricane
      4. Quiver Dance
    • Slurpuff
    • Brave/Lonely
      1. Flamethrower
      2. Cotton Guard/Calm Mind
      3. Draining Kiss
      4. Play Rough
    • Furfrou
    • Adamant
      1. Return
      2. Dig
      3. Cotton Guard
      4. Thunder Wave

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Your stuck on stabs ??!!?? Only pick one apiece is the general consensus then get creative.
Ninetales get rid of a fire move an add nasty plot for boost or will o wisp so your D is better.
Tangrowth , Fearow , and Dewgong jus need some flare

But awesome job on picking a team of throw backs

I am planning on having a togekiss and tyranitar in my team but do not know what natures they should be so what do you guys think? Also who should be my final member on my group?

first question do you plan to have your aegislash with high special attacks, if yes then i think you should keep the adamant aegislash since it raises the sp atk.

^(correction)Adamant lowers sp.atk and raises attack. I think u should take the brave one because with aegislash, u actually want to b slow. U dont want to b faster and then hav to take a hit in blade forme, because most likely u will not b surviving that hit

I'd really leave that up to you, since this is an in-game team then it should be more based on your preferences.

Also what natures suit tyranitar and togekiss?

It depends on what role you want them to play. If you're going for physically offensive Tyranitar, Adamant is useful for maximising its attacking prowess while Jolly gives it a much needed boost in speed. For Togekiss, if it's the specially offensive kind, Modest or Timid would be a good nature depending on whether you want more power or more speed.
Comments in bold. Hope that helps!

Aegislash with Adamant is better for battle types other than Singles, where you'd want a bit more Speed to be able to duke it out with multiple opponents. In Singles, however, Brave is superior, because Aegislash can afford to be slower than its opponent when it's a 1v1 matchup.

Natures for Ttar and Togekiss? Depends on what you plan to do with them. Typically, Adamant and Modest on Ttar and Togekiss, respectively, would do you just fine if they're designed to be sweepers.

As for a sixth team member, you can't go wrong with Heliolisk. It's got access to Surf, good Sp.Atk and Speed, and meshes well with Ttar if it has Sand Veil. Never underestimate the value of a good Normal-type.

I think heliolisk is a decent pokemon competively. It has high special attack and speed, it can abuse all weather except hail depending on its ability, and has quite a beautiful shiny
Just watch for physical attacks. Its defense is terrible

Heliolisk is great. From what I've heard, he's a faster Ampharos and Ampharos was already considered decent. Flareblitz is right, though--its defense is nothing to write home about, and being part-Normal, and weak to the myriad of physical Fighting-type moves, he'll need support in order to work exceptionally well.

    My team right now is
    Greninja
    Charizard (Y)
    Gardevoir
    Tyrantrum
    Doublade w/ eviolite

What should I use for my 6th pokemon? I just beat the 4th gym, and I only want to use a gen 6 pokemon.

    Have you considered Heliolisk?

    - ice beam
    252 HP, 252 DEF, 4 SP. ATTACK
