Since you are using a mixed set on Typhlosion, you could use Earthquake in the final moveslot for it.

Heracross, Lanturn and Tyranitar all look fine to me.

For Dragonite, you should replace Dragon Rush with Dragon Claw. It has lower power but the better accuracy makes it worth it.

As for Weavile, Night Slash is a must. I would also recommend Ice Punch if you can get it from the Move Tutor (you could also rebreed since Sneasel gets it as an egg move, but use the Move Tutor if you don't want to). Then you should use a Fighting move, I strongly recommend Brick Break or Low Kick. If you haven't evolved it from Sneasel yet, you could use Ice Shard in the last slot for a an all-out offensive moveset and a priority move. If you have evolved it already, you could use Swords Dance instead to give it more power.

so I thought I'd use a Tauros instead of Weavile. The moveset would be:

    Tauros, Anger Point
    Zen Headbutt
    Earthquake
    Return
    Rest

Well I'm not sure about Earthquake, because I don't know if I can use the Battle Frontier on emulator :S

That set for Tauros looks good, though you could use Stone Edge or Rock Slide over Zen Headbutt if you want a Rock-type move. Payback is also an option if you want a Dark-type move instead.
I think you should be able to get to and take part of the Battle Frontier on an emulator, but I have never done so myself so I'm not 100% sure.

Stone Edge is one of my favorite moves, so I'm gonna try it the only reason I wanted to use Zen Headbutt, is the poor fighting type coverage, but I think Dragonite can handle them better with a STAB Fly

lol, I sound like I'm playing competitive. :'DDDD

I only say, Lanturn would be better with Volt Absorb, because Illuminate has no in-battle effect and Volt Absorb lets it switch into Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, etc, moves that might be a big trouble, especially Thunder Wave.

thanks for rating all the changes lok fine to me, except for I don't like Typhlosion to have two fire type attacks I choose thunderpunch to deal with some water types
