Well, apparently there was an attempt to redraw districts in Georga back in March which blindsided the one Democrat affected, some think might be illegal because of zoning out minority voters, and which are apparently causing some people to be unsure where they have to go to vote.

So, for all those people who point out how all the things Trump accuses people of doing being things that he and/or the Republicans are doing, if said above story happens, arguably the same holds true. This was definitely meant to mess with people.

I would bet money that if they could get away with it the GOP would try and make it so only Land Owners get to vote.

It's kinda sad people like this win elections.

It should be noted this is partially due to fact that Iranian deep state despises Rouhani and the Nuclear Deal.

USA certainly doesn't want a case where a non-reformist candidate doesn't get power.

Iran also remains an important player in almost all of the current Middle Eastern conflicts, including Kurdish and Balochi conflicts, largely as the cause of the said conflicts in the first place.

As a side note, it seems that Turkey's main opposition leader, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu has decided to accept the role of a permanent faux opposition, similar to main-line Communists in Russia.

It should be noted, he still broke a promise, like he keeps doing again and again.

Don't forget, the whole issue with the P. Riot girls started because the Russian Orthodox Church had quite a lot of influence in the Kremlin.

sooooo the call for more far-left progressivism in the party is basically whatever you want economically but when it comes to anything dealing with women or poc, it's "politics".

Tim Kaine backed a bill that would require medically unnecessary ultrasounds for women seeking abortions. Funny that all the people speaking up about the office of the Omaha mayor were completely fine with Kaine being a heartbeat away from the presidency.

The hypocrisy knocks me off my balance. Throw left wing progressives under the bus for being impractical, spoiled millenials who don't understand the nuanced world of politics. Throw them under the bus also when they ally with someone who doesn't 100% agree with everything in the democratic party platform. Seriously, you can't win under standards like these.

It's a "trap bill", BT, if it's passed, more clinics will be unqualified to perform abortions, would have to spend a fortune to meet the conditions, and would have to close.

I don't see WHY folks don't get it a little faster. It's "moving the goalposts" in an attempt to make abortions unobtainable, thus fitting their ultra-conservative, misogynistic beliefs.

And btw, I still regret nothing about being a Democrat who voted for Hillary. None at all.

I don't really see what the outrage is about. He negotiated a bill that said women have to be offered the option to see an ultrasound of the baby, which as far as I'm concerned, sounds like informed consent.

Mello also said "While my faith guides my personal views, as mayor I would never do anything to restrict access to reproductive health care." Given that mayors also don't make abortion laws, it sounds like people are trying to make a huge fuss over a small issue.

Besides, you don't always find someone who agrees 100% with every single one of your positions.

Snorlax? Women ALWAYS have the option to see the ultrasound.

    Read it closer.

True, but Mello, unlike most Republicans, does not want to force his views on others.

I think the bill meant that physicians have to offer the option of seeing an ultrasound, whereas before they didn't have to. Women can choose either way.

Yes they do! Nothing is free, Lemon.

With Health Insurance, it costs about $50 maximum.

However, without it (which will be the case more often than not, if PP is unfunded and the ACA is repealed, two big RNC goals), I quote from the top website on Google:

For patients not covered by health insurance, the cost of a pelvic ultrasound typically varies by provider and geographic region. The typical cost range is $250-$1,100, with a national average cost of $525, according to NewChoiceHealth.com. For example, Concierge Medicine in California charges $275 for a pelvic ultrasound. Baptist Memorial Health Care in Tennessee charges $395 for a transvaginal ultrasound. Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in New Hampshire, charges $561 for a non-obstetric pelvic ultrasound, and $710 for an obstetric ultrasound, including the doctor fee, after an uninsured discount of 30%. And Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center in Nebraska, charges $240-$620 for a non-obstetric pelvic ultrasound, $484 for a transrectal ultrasound and $580 for a transvaginal ultrasound, not including the radiologist fee. For obstetric transabdominal ultrasounds, they charge $569-$1,099.

Now, consider an unmarried minority having to pay that should Republicans get their way..

First 100 day mark and his approval rating is in the gutter - as it has been for this entire dumpster on fire of an administration.

And so he immediately takes to twitter to tweet how it's all FAKE news and the media's out to get him like he's 12 years old

So we might have a Government shutdown, over the new tax bill that would raise taxes if you make under 100k a year, along with a mandatory 50/50 split for healthcare and the wall.

And his push to democrats isn't all-too convincing:

He suddenly thinks that after all the insults, accusations, and egotistical boasting, this is going to bring them to his side.
