One thing I'll admit is that I miss Meowth's terrible Giovanni fantasies. Maybe it's because it's almost time for him to die.

This episode was ok. It was great to find out how Noland befriended Articuno. I'm glad Articuno is still considered free, and that Noland didn't capture it. Man, Scott is really a crazy driver! Charizard was definitely the best choice for the big battle against Articuno.

Noland was an interesting Frontier brain I suppose. Still, I would've preferred to see another Pokemon fight Articuno rather than Charizard.

I loved this episode. Articuno makes an appearance and then Ash then decides to battle it with his Charizard, who returns at the end of the episode

Neat to see someone like a Frontier Brain have a legendary Pokemon, even if they don't actually own it themselves.
Awesome to see Charizard come back to help Ash win his first Frontier symbol.

I liked the night scene where Ash and friends first saw Articuno and Noland's plane flying by, but Meowth's boss fantasy had me screaming; what's with Meowth's fascination with Giovanni being semi-nude? Anyway, Noland was totes adorable in my opinion and seeing him flying his plane with Max on board was fun. I also liked all his well-trained Pokemon.

Pretty interesting episode imo, I loved that we got to see Articuno in this episode and with Charizard returning near the end of the episode really hyped me up for the battle that came afterwards. 10/10

I had liked this episode even though I watched it a long time ago. It was really interesting when Ash used Charizard against Noland's Articuno.

Excited to see Zard go against Articuno. this is gonna be a helluva match.
Edit: almost died when Brock tried to ditch Ash and Co. for Nurse Joy.
My favorite lines of the episode:
Meowth: Don't worry your pretty blue head. I have a plan.
    James: It's Lavender!"

Meh, Noland and Articuno were cool, but I didn't like how the Factory was just a glorified Gym basically...

So Ash had the chance to select which Pokemon of Noland's he'd challenge?? I wish Noland had actually owned Articuno though. 7/10

    I liked seeing a wild Articuno again and how fast Scott drove his car as well. The Battle Factory looked cool, but it was too bad that the rules were different and that Noland was essentially just a tougher gym leader. ^^;

Lol, apparently. So if I had been Ash here, I would've picked some weaker Pokemon of Noland's.

Noland's Articuno was amazing and it was good to see Charizard again. I thought the part where Max was riding in the plane with Noland while racing Articuno was funny. Meowth's Boss Fantasy was hilarious.

I loved the fact that Noland allowed Ash to choose what Pokemon he would be battling against, just like how they do it in the games. Also, I liked how Noland was friends with Articuno, but didn't actually own it.

Well I thought that Ash choosing to battle against Articuno was a predictable decision on his part cuz of how he always prefers tough challenges to test his skills.

What I would have liked to see was the Battle Factory keep the rental rules from Emerald instead of what we got instead. Articuno being Noland's friend was cool, but I think it gave Noland such an unfair advantage in battles.

Nyasu's fantasy about using Freezer to keep Sakaki cool was disturbing, and so was Enishida's manic driving. What I appreciated about Datsura in the anime was that unlike his game persona, he was approachable. Speaking of that, Satoshi bringing Lizardon back to fight Datsura's Freezer at the Battle Factory was smart of him.

It was awesome to see Articuno here. Being that it is a wild legendary, even though considered a friend of Noland, it was interesting to have it obey Noland's commands. But Noland treating Articuno's injured wing made trust him more. They also enjoy plane races and training. Ash choosing Articuno to battle may seem out of his league, but his reasoning for that was to give himself a challenge to test his skills against strong trainers and Pokémon, especially a legendary, like Articuno. And great to see Charizard again at the end.

Scott, you crazy driver! It's not safe to drive like that, but this is the anime, so whatever.

I kind of wanted Datsura to own Freezer rather than him simply befriending it, though. It just seemed like it would've publicized Datsura's skills as a Frontier Brain more if he owned a Legendary, much like how Jindai owning three Legendaries made him seem like a powerful opponent.
