    Powerful attack but needs to rest one turn.

    These fusion moves which you talked about is related with which game? Diamond an Pearl, Mysterious Dungeon or Ranger. because if it is related to mysterious dungeons, I think there aren't turns. If it realted to Ranger, I have no idea about this game. And , if it it related with to D/P , it's not right forum.

    My suggestion;
    Earthquake + eruption = Volcano attack
    Type:Fire
    Atk:150
    PP:5
    Acc:---
    This attack never misses but it gives recoil damage if the user is not a flying type (or levitate).

    decription-summons a storm that harshly hurts the opponent

    Okay, this one goes out on a limb, but...
    Cross-Counter
    Cross Chop + Counter
    Returns a physical attack back at 4x the power, but only works 50% of the time

    The foe is hit by a beam that is sorrouned by petals, the petals leave scratchs while the beam just kills

    Effect : Causes blue gems to fall from the sky. Does 50 damage on the turn it is used on then 10 damage for the next 5 turns.


    Ruby Light
    Morning Sun + Hail

    Effect : Causes a bright light to be shone on the opponent and red gems to fall from the sky. The red jems do 70 damage while the light lowers accuracy.


    Emerald Stars
    Meteor Mash + Hail
    Attack : 85+
    Acc : 100
    PP : 5
    Effect : Causes green stars to fall from the sky. The stars do 85 damage on the turn it's used on then does 5 damage for the next 5 turns. Might cuase confusion.

    protectcycle:
    protect + recycle
    reuses the item the pokemon had just used, while a sheild covers the pokemon
    so it doesn't lose any hp it just gained(if it was holding a oran berrie, for example)
