    I can't get chat to work, it says
    " [20:51] #SPP-WiFi You need a registered nick to join that channel."
    I did, and its not going

    there was a botnet problem earlier so you temporarily can't join unless you're registered (to prevent it happening again)

    i have a registered nick name on purplesurge and i cant even get in now it said invite only why the +I flag you guys......

    Why not ask in the Unfair Bans thread? You might be able to get a more clear-cut answer there.
