because some people are stupid and do things that arn't aloud, other's because people wants the thread closed so people would stop posting.
and other's is because stupid questions like this are asked in a whole new thread so once they're answered the thread normally closes.
So.... Which side's the head again?

Because they were most probably pointless. The mods have a reason for closing the thread, and they shouldn't need to explain why, since most closed threads are often pointless and obvious why they were.
