The only thing I can think of is Yu-Gi-Oh! R, something completely different, and the fact that the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! GX was going to debut. GX is not a manga.

Actually, yes there is. It's coming out in JAPAN this Febuary, hence why it won't be on that site, and the attachment card is called 'Dandylion'. And I very much doubt Tamer Zack would be fooled by false information.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it coming out in Japan. Even though it won't be here in the US, but I know a site that's going to have scans on the matter.
Actually, I've also heard from the site mentioned above that the manga is an adaptation of the show.

From the pictures I've seen, it looks like a new story not in the anime (Same characters). For example, there is a picture of Jaden dueling some guy (Who looks like General Maes Hughs from FMA, as alot of people have noticed) using a Tyrannasauras thing.
Also, their seems to be some new Manga exclusive E-Hero's. Don't be surprised if some of the Manga will sneak in to the anime.

The Manga better well have some appearences from old YGO characters. I'm still waiting for my Haga and Ryuuzaki. >_>;

I've heard that the only old YGO characters that make an appearance are Yugi, Kaiba and the Paradox Brothers. None of the older ones do. I wouldn't mind seeing Ryuuzaki and Haga though.Originally Posted by Alfonso

Anyway, I bet they'll have this in Shonen Jump graphic novels. Of course, they don't even have Yugioh R in Shonen Jump graphic novels yet, so I dunno.

Well I'm glad that the original creator is working on the manga; even though I'm not a huge fan of Yu-Gi-Oh (I don't collect the cards anymore because I thought it was useless to collect them and I can't stand the anime. Strange that I'm posting here, eh? ;D). The manga was.....alright, though it was only really good at the start of the manga.

[New Official GX Manga by Kazaki Takahashi]
Many people ask me a lot about GX manga. Here is the official ad published in the latest V-Jump. The GX is going from anime to comic soon. It will be published in V-Jump, which is currently publishing Yu Gi Oh R, from the next issue, issue#2 first released 12/17/2005. Following the ad, it seems that the characters and stories are different from anime's. Also, E-Hero monsters are also new only for manga. People have been talking about this topic in the forum, please go and enjoy discussing there ne~ Of course, if it's in V-Jump, I will post up the scans for us as usual ^^.

I will come back and finish all missing GX translaings after my exam next week and Thanksgiving holidays. Sorry for my busy time. Anyway, at least, we have known already about Edo's past and his intention of using Hero for the revenge. It seems that my team already updated some short details in the episode. Edo's deck list and Judai's deck list have also been updated. Please check around by yourself.
Lastly, good news for music fan, my team has already created live concert of Genkai Battle performed by Jam Project. Many people seem interested in it a lot. I will release it after I come back from the holidays. Please check in the forum for early release....
