Banners?

I see on a lot of peoples banners that they have (for example) a red bar with like a blaziken at the end of it, and it has a text on the bar. here's an example of what im talking about, or at east what it looks like

If you mean something like the Titan of Chaos thing in my sig, thats a userbar. You can go to Fan Art, then Fan Art Shops, then go to almost anyone.of them and request a userbar. ^^
