I can't say that this anime has vampires, but it looks pretty creepy and I think that you might enjoy it. It's called Umineko No Nako Koro Ni. It's an anime that has some dark themes and uses a lot of witches treminology. It's a genre of horror and fantasy. No vampires, so if you are absolutely deadset on them you might as well skip it. Although I will warn you, if you don't follow it well you can get pretty confused later on. It's also on-going at the moment, so if you would prefer for a finished anime don't go for it.

It has it's ups and downs, but I would surely reccomend it to those who like horror =D
