Do you train your pokemon evenly?

My starter Pokemon would usually be a few levels higher than the rest of my evenly trained team.

I keep my pokemon within 3 levels of each other at most. That way my team is balanced.

Yup, always even, I rotate them all so they level evenly.

I try and keep them all the same lvl if can but i never go above 4 levels then i would go back and lvl up the others fighting and using good old xp share so i can do twice as fast

Being that I restarted Ruby, I'm keeping them all fairly even at this point.
Mind you there only at lvl 35. currently.

I always make sure my Pokemon are even-leveled.

When I catch a new Pokemon for my team, I usually won't continue until its level is equivalent to the rest of my team.

I may use only one poke in a gym/trainer battle because of Advantage and stuff but might not use it later until I do the same for the rest
It bothers me when I add a new Poke into my team because they are usually low leveled, so I only train them until it is a few levels away from the others
And my starter ALWAYS have to be higher than the rest

When I first started playing Pokemon, no.

On my second try, yes. I usually balance teams of 4-6. Mostly 5, though.

I train them all evenly. I usually raise the first one level, then the second one level, and so on until they're all even. Then I repeat the cycle. Sometimes I deviate and raise them two levels at a time. :P I've been doing it this way since I scraped through the Elite 4 on my Red Version with just a Charizard at level 80.

Not really.I train my starter the most then catch rare pokemon on the way.Eventually i get the EXP.Share so i can level my weak pokemon up without putting them to battle while my starter does all the work

At the beginning it was one or 2 pokemon being trained and the rest could jump off a cliff.

But now I aim to balance my team alot so ATLEAST 4 pokemon are rounded up to a certain level before I continue.

Yeah I try to make my pokemon so there all the same level, unless ones going to evolve in a couple of levels
