Has there ever been any black characters in the anime? This is just a random thought that I had in mind, because I've only seen white people in the anime

Unless you count Brock, no. If there have been, obviously they were background characters since no one can recall any.

There has never been anyone explicitly labeled a " Black Person " in the anime. There have been various people with a darker skin tone like Brock and a certain Nurse Joy from the Orange Islands but their ethnicity hasn't (and won't) be confirmed.

Someone who's close to who you had in mind was Jump from the Hoenn League, I imagine.

Siara from the anime based Pokemon Learning League is even closer but she isn't canon.

There are some attacks that just impossible to appear in the Anime, no?
I meen, all the moves are have to be possible to appear in the anime, but those are seems impossible...
Spite (The user looses its grudge on the move last used by the foe by cutting 4 PP from it),Covet (The user endearingly approaches the foe, then steals the item the foe is holding), Switcheroo (The user trades held items with the foe faster than the eye can follow).

Hold Items are rarely seen in the anime but they are there. Just saying.

As for PP cutting moves there was at least one situation where it'd be fitting. In " Electric Shock Showdown " way back when Raichu kept attacking and used up all its electricity. Spite could theoretically work similar then that and prevent a say a Fire Pokemon from using Fire Attacks and whatnot.

The anime will likely take liberties when showing moves like that as they tend to do. It's more unlikely that they will be seen then outright impossible.

I guess the writers had no idea of an episode that will focus on it, so they shared it in some episodes. They could at least give it a fight, but they did not do that too. Yes you are right about that, they kind of neglected it. I hope in the future it will get some battles.

Yes but there are moves that stealing held item of the foe (Like Covet), and it's unpossible, no? a pokemon in the anime can't hold a held item in the same time it's battling.

There's many ways for a Pokemon to " hold " an item. They could be wearing it as a scarf or a necklace. The Mystic Water's (an enhancement item for Water Type's) design was heavily inspired by the item's appearance in the anime. It just so happens to be a pendant that can be tied around a Pokemon's neck.

So I stand by what I said before. Just because we haven't seen the attacks yet doesn't mean they're not possible. In more recent times we have seen Hold Items like the Adamant / Lustrous Orb, Soothe Bells, and Everstones. It doesn't seem completely impossible that someone would try to steal them or switch them.

Has there ever been an episode with Jessie's name in it? I just started thinking about it and every main character including Meowth and Pikachu gets an episode with them in it. I know these episodes: Tracy gets bugged, Sweet Baby James, a Chip off the old Brock, Go West Meowth, Pikachu Revolts, Maxxed out, May we Harley Drew ya, Ash Catches a Pokemon and Misty meets her match

But I don't remeber one with Jessie in it, is there? (Btw yes I know there are other episodes with James, Meowth, Ash and co)

Nope. There was not an English Dubbed Episode with Jessie's name on it.

Jessie's Japanese name, Musashi, was used in the Japanese Titles of two episodes: " Control Freak " (Golbat VS The Masked Queen Musashi! The Battle in the Ruins!!) and " Going for Choke " (Haruka VS Musashi! The Final Contest!!).

As far as I'm aware, the English DP Theme Songs haven't been released anywhere(others can correct me if I'm wrong :P)

If you meant the Japanese songs(Together/Together 2008/High Touch), you can order them and many other Pokemon music CDs from CD Japan (example for the Together single; you can find the others by searching around), among other retailers.
