Your attitude in general and the numerous complaints I've gotten about you in the chat from other members asking me point blank to ban you right now is enough to leave you banned. Your ban was fair, and I discussed it with the other ops (and even showed you what they said with permission from them to show you) and they also agree that your ban stays.

I still have an issue with this however; I was asked not to use the nickname by the operator TWICE, and I complied BOTH TIMES. Banning me for using the nickname "DawnFan" is unacceptable- The username itself is not against the rules, but the activity that had been attributed to the username in the past was against the rules. I complied with the rules and changed my username BOTH TIMES that I was asked, as per the rules and as such I don't believe I should have been banned. You were asked to change your name from DawnFan as you were causing problems.
You changed it to Kirbu is some attempt to be funny. You said you wouldn't use DawnFan again because you used that name to cause problems. You used it. You then had attitude with changing your name back to DawnFan and then to JustKidding. Legit ban in my opinion. Quote:

The whole point in posting here is to have a multitude of ops review your argument. And look, two ops and one mod reviewed it and 2/3 agree with me even after seeing your story. The third one doesn't count as it's me agreeing with myself lolol...

Excuse me if there is anyone with a kind soul.
please help me. When i put in to go to wifi chat i get an error message stating serebiinetchat or something like that under that it says publisher unknown and under that it says windows will not let this program go thru for safety reasons and i dont know why.wifi chat use to work. and one more thing can u give me instructions on how to set up mirc for serebii chat wifi thank you

I got banned simply for saying Arceus. No, i didn't ASK for an Arceus. In fact, i actually said "It makes sense that we can't ask for Arceus" and i got banned just because Arceus was in my sentence.
I even tested something else later, i spelled it out by typing A-r-c-e-u-s and i got banned AGAIN! This is stupid, you can't get banned just for SAYING IT'S NAME...

Just to add to the complaint about Arceus, anything that does not have to do with trading or battling is considered spam in #SPP-wifi, and is not allowed. And since you are not allowed to trade or battle with Arceus, there is no reason for you to be saying its name if you follow the rules.

Read the first post, we cannot unban you from the server. You could always you know, follow the directions in the ban message to be unbanned. Next time, read the first post, is it REALLY that difficult? I promise, it has very important information in it that will help you faster then waiting for someone to reply...
