My own Pokémon Region

Hey hey. It's been a while since I last posted here on Serebii Forums so I thought I'd come back & post my new Pokémon Region. I dunno if I posted it here but some people may have seen my other region, Kusarno, incase you haven't, here's a link to it:

Well anyways, here is my new region. It's done in D/P Style
It hasn't got a name yet but I'm working on it.

The starter town is too big and why would there be items there in all other games theres 1 item on route 1

I almost agree in the starter town being too big, but it looks so awesome that I can't complain!

I love the way you created a realistic mountain area, with small rocks around, instead of just a big mountain going up and up and up and... well, you probably get the idea.
There might be a big amount of items in the towns, but I think it is cool anyhow.
I love the ledges on the first route!

Keep up the good work!

Yeah I made the Starter Town big because in all the other games they're small. I know they're meant to be small but this just gives it my own touch.

Yeah I've been told before that the mountains are really good the way I've done them.
And there's only so many items in the Starter Town so that you have a reason to go back there instead of leaving & never coming back. You're mum does miss you hahaha

I like the region map! And your towns are really good but there's just to much pokeballs, also some looks to small and cramped or some look like you just put anything anywhere. But I really love the mountains!

@Zeeky H. Bomb: That Item ball you're refering to is actually in the starter town. Look at the bottom of the starter town & you will see the pond with the Item at the bottom of it.

@Lugia Tamer: Yes the mountains are a pain to finsih. It takes me ages but it's worth it in the end.

@Marco612: Yeah I've been told there's too many item balls before. I am considering removing some. But there's good reason's why there's so many so early on in the region. There may possibly be some poison type Pokémon in the 1st so 1 of them Items is an Antidote while the other is a Potion.

Hey hey everyone. How ya all going? I'm back & with another map. This is the 3rd City of my region. This city has a Radio Tower & because of the events in G/S/C, they have put more security around it to stop evil organisations from taking over it.
It also has a Pokémon Academy (The Chinese looking building near the Tower) & also a Flower Shop. It also contains a Dojo like the one in Saffron City in Kanto & to the right of the Dojo is a Contest Hall. Anyhoo, here it is

UPDATE

Hey hey everyone. Hows ya goin? I'm back after 5 months of doing nothing lol. Sorry I haven't posted any maps since september but here I am with more.

This is the 4th City of my new region. There's not much here except the Bike Shop & the house of someone that may be important, not sure yet lol. And there's no Gym in this City.

This is the 6th town of my new region, being a small town there is nothing of great importance here either.
10. 6th Town

This one here is the 5th City of the region. It actually changes, it can change from low tide to high tide. There is a Hotel here & a Department store. A Pokétent a lighthouse & a cave in which you can get to from the northern route. The Well on the east side of town actually leads to the cave but you can't get far. There'll most likely be only a few items & a few Pokémon in there.

@ .:Faithless:.- Yeah but having so many items gives you a reason to come back all the time (Even though they're mainly all obtainable by using surf :P)

@ stezy- Thanks Glad you like them. As I was just saying, it is a good idea cause in all the other games you never have to go back to the starter town unless it's for something you get off your mum or the Prof. or something.

Hey there everyone. I'm back with some more maps

This is the 6th City of my region. There isn't all that much you can do here but there is a Contest Hall & a small Island you go over to with the help of a bridge. Now I'm not 100% sure if this city will have a gym yet cause there's still a few cities I'd like to have gyms in & I can't go over 8. But if I have a gym here, I'm ot sure what type it will be yet. But just in case, I've made 2 versions of it

And here is the 7th City of the region. It's a big metropolitan style city. It has a big company building (Like Silph.) A radio/TV station, a bigger, better department store (Biggest in the region & wider range of items) A Casino, Museum & a bigger PokéCenter. Being a metropolitan city, the Gym will be Electric/Steel types. The gym is there but I've made a new approach. Instead of the usual Gym, the Gym is actually the small factory (It's got the Gym Sign out the front of it & has the big funnel/chimney thing) The other Gym is still there but it's locked. There's also a mansion here too. Again I wasn't sure how it would finally look like so I've made 2 versions. Which do youse think is better??? I personally like the 2nd one

Hey all. Wats happenin?
I'm back with yet another map.
This is the 8th City of my region. There's no Gym here but there is another Dojo. I was thinking that in my region there could be a side league of Dojo's. Like 8 different typed ones just like the Gyms but instead of badges you get a fighting type Pokémon with the 2nd type of each Dojo. Like, Fighting/Water, Fighting/Fire etc etc.
I know that there aren't many fighting types with a 2nd type but there will be a few in my Region Dex. Anyway, back with the map, there is another PokéTent here. The 2 story house with the mail box is the owner/leader of the dojo & that's pretty much it for now.

I like your maps and the cities look good although a little big and the number of trees is some word I can't remember. But as for the overworld region map, your region is immense. Must of taken you a while to make it.

Thanks. Yeah I like to make the cities big cause it gives you more to do instead of just going into a random house with someone that speaks of something that's not really important. As for the trees, I have it that way for a reason. On RMXP, when you make a map, there's 12 squares of movement on each side that wen you walk onto them, the screen doesn't move. In the Pokémon games the character always stays in the middle, no matter what map he/she is on so having 6 tree's on each side shows me how far I can go for the player to stay in the middle.
Yeah the region map did take me a fair while to do. I don;t have photoshop or anything, just MS Paint so it's alot harder, especially when you start with the land first then have to find a way to put the water layers in. Luckily I have a friend who did that for me lol
