In some fundamentalist muslim countries (and under Sharia law I believe, but could someone confirm/deny this) rape is blamed on the woman 'exposing' herself to the rapist. In this way, it is blamed on the victim for wearing inappropriate dress. Personally I don't like this way of punishing rape at all.

Exactly. The country the victim lives in is under Islamic theocracy. The Quran says that men arent able to control their lust but women can. Hence why the rapist was let off the hook.

I know that this seen as just in Islamic countries, and it makes sense to them, but this is one thing I can't see a justifaction/reasoning for.
