What's wrong with Piplup? *May contain spoilers*

In threads i hear all the time things like that stupid penguin and why would anyone want it too evolve well i answere i want it to evolve if you ask me it is the best starter of Sinnoh. Talk here about why you have your reasons about Piplup. Honestly what has it ever done to you it's cute, strong and tough! Please don't be harsh and remember to fight back against bthe bad comments!

It's because Piplup takes all the screentime and it's become the only Pokemon Dawn uses. (Most) Everyone loved Piplup at the start of the saga but as time went on, it got annoying.

people dont like it as its just another pokemon mascot and is one of dawns over used pokemon if it evolved it would probally get a little more respect than it does now.

I personally dont mind piplup but id like it more if it evolved

i think piplup is a terrible choice. i chose turtwig and it could take chimchar any time with earthquake, and you can use it to bree earthquake your other pokemon and its the only starter that (to some extent) doensnt look stupid.

Its always out of its Pokeball, hogging screentime from Hikari's other Pokemon, and doing EVERYTHING in its horrible power to get even more.
I know its Hikari's starter.
No slag.
But seriously.
A whole ending dedicated to it, Hikari having a dream about being dressed as it, it sitting on her head, Pikachu-style....
Its just an attention *****.

She is better off with Piplup i think everyone will enjoy it if it will be able to get to Empoleon not by the end of D/P.

Piplup is a mascot of Pokemon, like Pikachu now, that's why (s)he's been out for ages, to advert products, but maybe the writers should shorten it's screentime, or Hikari's pokemon are going to rot.

PiplupMan I agree with you. 8) You people complain that Pikachu is everywhere, and then wish for another pokemon to get some spotlight. Well, it happened, and the complaints continue, LOL.

I don't get it. I really don't see the problem. Piplup is very entertaining and has great interactions with Dawn. I don't see where Dawn's other pokemon are being shafted. Maybe in non-Contest episodes (tbh I don't see why that matters to you guys but ok) - but definitely not in Contests. Some of her pokemon even get episodes to themselves, like Buneary in that one Pokemon Style Contest-thing, and that one episode about Pachirisu being sick. She used Buneary for the Appeal in her last Contest, and Ambipom for the Battle portion of her last Contest. Even though Swinub evolving was pretty random to most of us...hey. There's at least something going on with her and Piloswine. What the heck do you guys want? 8\

I never liked Dawn's Piplup wery much and now my notliking becames hate just because it don't wants to evolove and acts like second mascot, just like Pikachu's copy or something...

I never had a problem with Pika.
I knew Satoshi would be sticking around for the rest of the show, so there was no avoiding Pika would be there. Its fine.
I just feel that the penguin's always there. It hasn't been used for a couple contests, but its still ALWAYS there. When was the last time Ambipom was out of its Pokeball, same with Pachi? At least its getting a contest soon.

Who is this piplup, I know of a Hitlup but not of a piplup. Anyway to answer your question about why we hate Hitler, it's simple, it's appeared in around about 92 episodes, seriously, we would enjoy it a lil bit, if they didn't show it's face practically spouting out hey we support the holocaust. Also I'm one of people who doesn't want our kids growing up with the notion that Hitler is God.

I like Piplup. Especially when it gets shocked (Rotom <3), but still. I enjoy seeing the little penguin on the screen.

Though, if it sticks around for many regions, I'll end up hating it.
